I had a rough night and woke up feeling errrmmm -not myself!! So I've basically been in bed all-day-ish!!-And feel a bit better now Amen!! I think my body needed some rest [and some much needed sleep and healing]. Also.....I think I needed some  'electrolytes' thus I've just taken some magnesium tablets [and my cod liver oil, D3 and added a fizzy Vit C to my water] and I'm feeling a bit better!!  Plus.....I've sort-of fallen off my intermittent fasting thingy -and put on weight!! -And its not just showin...
